HighBar Partners is a value-oriented investing platform that provides flexible capital to companies with proven and mature technologies. We primarily focus on opportunities in enterprise and infrastructure software.

HighBar employs a disciplined owner-operator investing philosophy that stems from managing our own capital. We will participate in a range of transactions, including strategic growth equity rounds, restructurings, divestitures, management buyouts and other special situations.

We seek companies undergoing a business transformation. We structure investments to match a company’s strategic priorities, and in conjunction with a capital infusion, we work with management teams to develop a long-term strategy shift that will help unlock value.
